It's probably more work to fool social logins, so at least I hope it will be safer on this side.

Re: Crash on Bluetooth keyboard disconnect
That's probably a border effect, as LL has no bluetooth permission. I suppose that some event is sent throughout the system and is not handled properly by LL, or maybe an input event is sent and not received as expected. If you could capture the logcat it would be very helpful, as I don't encounter ...

The "My Drawer" section supports all settings, but the difference is that the position of icons is not computed and you need to move icons either manually, or using the compact / sort features in the menu. This way, the apps will adapt to the scrolling preferences but still you are free to set custo...

Re: Repurchase when switching phone?
In theory there's a screen with all the apps you downloaded from the "birth" of your google account, and from there you should be able to reinstall the app, even the older ones (I don't want to imagine all the storage it needs...), and not depending whether there are paid or free (an app cannot move...

It's unclear for me what I have to do to make the app support work profiles. There are a few things to check (https://developer.android.com/work/managed-profiles) but from what I understand there is no specific action to take it and it should be enabled by default. Is the app not selectable in the p...

@Cueball666uk could you try to activate the floating desktop (even an empty one) just to see how it behaves?
@TrianguloY is right, the main change to keep the app alive in foreground is only active when the floating desktop is enabled. If it solves the issue, I may enable it independently.

Indeed, there's also a trick to replace the content of a panel with a mirror of the app drawer, in which any modification made in the app drawer is immediately visible in the panel. But be careful: this is totally unsupported, there are limitations and you must not make any modification from the pan...

Re: Automatically enable disabled package from appdrawer
The context is the one you can get through Lightning.getActiveScreen().getContext() (for instance).
In fact it is possible to set custom actions on app drawer items (through scripting!) but I would discourage this as it can break the app drawer behavior.

If the icon is correct in the app drawer, then what you can do is to select "Launcher images" in the image picker and you will be able to pick the right icon there.

Do you mean you cannot select the icon in the image picker (the screen you get when selecting edit -> Select an icon) ? Or do you get a droid icon in the app drawer too ? There's an option for that in item properties / misc. / rotation. When the overall orientation is locked, items will rotate to follow the device orientation. I'd like to do it, but as you imagine, this requires a massive investment. And that's currently a problem for me because I don't have much bandwidth. LL has been started long before the action bar has been added to Android. Great picture! Yes of course I like the idea. If I had to generalize the idea, a layouter would be a way to set item's properties with computed values. A layouters would be an implementation that set X and Y. I'm not a fan of a new editor because usually it locks you in a specific case. In my opinion it's legitimate only when it's frequently us...

There's a discussion regarding this issue but I couldn't find it. To sum up, Oreo tends to stop apps more rapidly, and this includes the service launched by LL to handle the floating desktop. This is a "normal", but unwanted beahvior. I have no workaround yet but I'm doing experiments at the moment.
