Lightning Launcher Community

Not really a feature suggestion but if/when theres a new release this could do with updating straight away, it's said "Lightning Launcher on Google+ " for years (even though it does actually link to here). People are probably just reading that knowing G+ is gone and and probably don't even think to see if it links anywhere else.
