Dual messanger - shortcut disabled

I've got dual SIM phone, so I want to have WhatsApp on both numbers. I switched on as on screen, added a shortcut to Home screen, bet it doesn't work. (See screenshots) When I added to One UI (Samsung) it's works fine. How to fix it?

have you tried this with any other launchers? because i got a feeling it will only work in Samsungs own launcher.
