Floating Desktop Handle Disappears

The Floating desktop handle disappears. I am able to reselect the floating desktop to make it reappear.
Galaxy S9 with Pie.

Yes, this is a known problem with recent android versions. Work is in progress to solve this issue, but I still have to publish it...
